Sponsored Metzervisse's only pizzeria, which Florent Tabouret and his partner Michela set up eleven years ago, is as well-known as it is popular. The reason for their success? First and foremost, the restaurateurs spare no expense when it comes to the quality of the ingredients that go into their wide selection of wood-fired pizzas: free-range eggs and chickens, fior di latte mozzarella, local flour... All baked in a wood-fired oven that also comes from the Vosges. It's no coincidence that Oh! Ché Pizza, which is also the name of a creation based on tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and Parma or smoked farm ham, recently earned the MOSL Quality label (local products from Moselle). On the à la carte menu, the pizzas of the month follow Florent's inspiration, while the desserts come from Michela's imagination: to each his own! And so as never to tire their loyal customers, they also offer oven-baked pastas (lasagne, cannelloni...), hot or cold salads and even three different dessert pizzas. Enjoy them on site, on the terrace, or to take away. Something for everyone!
